Frustrations amongst many exist with the response to SARS CoV-2 and COVID-19. It became increasingly obvious in April of this year that our governments were woefully unprepared for a pandemic. Now, as the second wave hits Manitoba, we’re clamouring to figure out a balance between lifestyle and lockdown.

A friend challenged me to write a pandemic preparedness plan, and luckily, this will be a component of my course so I just got a jump start on the whole thing.

I gave myself a 36 hour window to write a preparedness plan, and here it is. Enjoy!

BTW, please pardon any errors. I had a tight window to write this because of … well you know, life. I have only made a few copy editing adjustments as of Nov 15, 2020 to correct for some confusing errors in numbering.
